Doubling Down — The Jiangxi Facility (2022–2023)
Growth is a choice, not a necessity. You can stay comfortable, or you can bet on yourself.
In 2022, we chose to bet on ourselves.
The Jiangxi Expansion
With our Dongguan facility running at full capacity and demand still growing, we made a decision that would double our manufacturing footprint: we built a second factory in Jiangxi province.
The new 8,000-square-meter facility brought our total factory area to 20,000 square meters — enough to handle the growing volume from our expanding list of brand partners.
50,000 Units Per Day
With two factories running in parallel, our daily production capacity broke through 50,000 units. That is a power bank coming off our lines every 1.7 seconds, around the clock.
But capacity without quality is just waste. That is why our QC team grew proportionally — now 60 people dedicated solely to making sure every single unit met our standards.
Our Team
By the end of 2023, our workforce had grown to over 400 people:
- R&D: 10+ engineers designing the next generation of power products.
- Sales: 30+ professionals managing relationships with brands worldwide.
- Plastics: 50+ specialists running our injection molding operations.
- SMT: 10+ technicians operating our surface mount lines.
- Quality: 60+ inspectors embedded at every production stage.
- Assembly: 200+ skilled workers building every unit by hand.
The Dual-Factory Advantage
Two factories did not just mean more capacity. They meant resilience.
When peak season hit — and it always hit hard — we could run both facilities at full tilt without compromising quality. When one line needed maintenance, the other kept producing. When one region faced disruptions, the other kept shipping.
For our brand partners, this meant something they could plan around: on-time delivery, every time, even during the busiest months of the year.
Lessons From the Expansion
Doubling down taught us that growth is not just about size — it is about systems. A bigger factory only works if your processes, your quality standards, and your team scale with it. We learned to build systems that work across two facilities, 800 kilometers apart, as if they were one.
That operational discipline would serve us well in the years to come.
